1. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to, personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

2. Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

3. Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item over [a certain dollar amount], you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
